Also, I've used YSL's ( Yves Saint Laurent - EVERLONG WATERPROOF MASCARA )
mascara for the last year or so, and both have kept me very happy ...
But now that I've "downgraded", for lack of a better word, I can't even say that I'm disappointed by the choice ...
I actually like this Covergirl Lashblast mess ...
I've got long lashes, and I'm always asked if they're actually mine ...so I always love mascara that can make my lashes look sexy as all hell.
And considering I paid 20 dollars less, I'd be a jack ass to complain any further ...
So, ladies ...if you're looking for a cheaper alternative when it comes to mascara, try out the LashBlast line.

I use Covergirl's LashBlast Fusion + YSL's mascara, too. I like them both, but I've never tried MAC's.
Since you have naturally long lashes (I don't) and you like for them to look dramatic, I think you might like Givenchy's Phenomen'Eyes mascara. It even makes ME look like I have nice/long/full lashes. You can get it at Sephora.
